WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Standard shipping typically takes 6-11 business days, while express arrives in 3-5 business days. Processing is 1-7 days. For full details on shipping, processing, and rates by country, visit our Shipping page.
MY ORDER IS LATE/MISSING
If your package hasn’t arrived within our posted shipping timeframes, please note that occasional delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In most cases, your package should still be on its way—please continue to monitor your tracking for updates. If it hasn’t arrived within 20 days, feel free to reach out to us at help@the-warmy.com, and we’ll be happy to open an investigation with the carrier.
MY TRACKING IS NOT UPDATING
If your order has just shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking to update in the system. If your tracking was showing updates but hasn’t changed for a few days, don’t worry—your package is still en route and will update once it reaches your destination city or town! If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 business days, please email us at help@the-warmy.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
MARKED DELIVERED, NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking says "delivered" but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors, your mailbox, a property manager, or any safe spots around your home. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early, so wait a couple of days. If it still hasn’t arrived please send us an email at help@the-warmy.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
